		<description>Ok, am laughing out loud because I&#039;m pretty sure that you don&#039;t actually even LIKE dogs so that must&#039;ve been a double insult.  Funny, they don&#039;t allow cell phones in the US immigration office either.  Found that out when I lost my passport just prior to leaving for a trip to NY the other week.  Fear of what exactly?  Organizing with friends and relatives on the other side of the border to get across on foot or by mule? Ruining their reputation by calling friends to complain about the 3 hour wait you&#039;re experiencing even when you have an appointment? You really can&#039;t make this stuff up.</description>
