Hmmm … friends rubbing your head might feel like loving/comforting touches … actual strangers rubbing your head? That scenario sounds like a question for Ms. Manners. I can’t imagine how I would react to that … except for angrily.

I not only rubbed your head, but I admit I made you show me the new you (well, covered up at least). I love both results- the short, soft hair cut and the surgeon’s handiwork!

so, it suddenly occurred to me that when one puts mascara on a whole set of eyelashes, we open our mouths (remember that comment oh so many years ago) and I wonder: Is the same true when applying mascara to one eyelash?

I’m in the process of teaching my daughter to drive, so I have new appreciation for the many previously-unconscious moves we make as we drive. Pull-through spaces are our new best friend.

If you bump into a car in the plastic surgeon’s parking lot, so be it. Hopefully, it will be the good doctor’s car – that will teach him/her a lesson.

lucky for me, there were no dogs or monkeys there this week. no one wagging his tail in my tray of bagels!! thank goodness!
